This patch includes some major code updates, including a new Modding API and an upgraded version of the Unity engine. After today, the codebases have been unified so everyone is running the same version of the game! This has been an epic process for the development team, but now it means that bug fixes will arrive for everyone at once, and that all players can benefit from ongoing improvements to the game. Up until this point, the base game and Spaced Out! were running on separate codebases, so fixes we made would only exist for one version or the other. It also includes a couple new buildings, Duplicant traits, and improved worldgen.

In case of Hatches and Puffs, we don't need any of these devices - these animals feed themselves without our help. After building one or both of these devices, we can begin the husbandry. The room should encompass from 12 to 96 fields and should contain a Critter Feeder, or a Fish Feeder. It is best to prepare a room that has 16 fields - such size will be enough to look after almost any type of animal. Start with creating a separate room which will serve as a home for the animals. This will enable us to catch the chosen animal and take care of it later. To begin an animal husbandry, we're going to need a duplicant who at least has first level in Ranching.
